Certified employers can now participate in the Empower Works Wage Reimbursement Program, designed to support your hiring efforts while helping Empower participants gain meaningful work experience.

What Is Empower Works?
Empower Works provides 50% reimbursement for participant wages for up to 320 hours—almost eight weeks of full-time employment.
As an employer, you will:
Receive financial support for hiring
Gain access to pre-screened candidates
Help individuals gain valuable job experience
Receive hands-on support from Workforce Connections staff
How to Participate
To access Empower Works, your business must first qualify to become an Empower Certified Employer. Certification unlocks all the benefits listed above and connects you to a pipeline of motivated job seekers.
