Finish August Strong with Free Interview Preparation Workshops

A successful interview can open the door to a new career, and the American Job Center is helping job seekers finish the month prepared for that opportunity.

Two free Interview Preparation workshops will be offered during the final week of August, giving participants practical tools for navigating today's hiring process.

On Monday, August 24, Margaret will lead an Interview Preparation workshop from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. A second session will be held on Thursday, August 27, also from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m.

During the workshops, participants will learn how to answer common interview questions, discuss their experience with confidence, present themselves professionally, and prepare for both in-person and virtual interviews. Whether someone is applying for their first job or pursuing a career change, strong interview skills can make a meaningful difference during the hiring process.

The American Job Center offers these workshops as part of a broader range of free workforce services available throughout the year. Through Workforce Connections, job seekers can also receive career counseling, resume assistance, training opportunities, and referrals to employers across the Upper Cumberland.

All workshops will be held at the American Job Center, 60 Ridley Street, Suite 101, Crossville. To register, call 931-484-7456.

As August comes to a close, these workshops provide an excellent opportunity to sharpen interview skills, build confidence, and prepare for the next career opportunity
