The role operates on a 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. schedule, Monday through Thursday, and includes a $1.50 per hour shift differential. Responsibilities include inspecting incoming materials, in-process work, and finished products to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices and documented specifications. The Quality Technician will also review production documentation, complete first-piece approvals, verify equipment calibration, and accurately record data using Microsoft Word and Excel in accordance with Good Documentation Practices.
Additional duties include investigating quality concerns on the production floor, supporting corrective and preventive actions, assisting with process validations, and maintaining compliance with ISO and FDA standards. Candidates should have a high school diploma, strong attention to detail, and experience in an FDA-regulated environment, with pharmaceutical or medical device experience preferred.
