UCHRA Is Hiring Home and Personal Care Aides Across the Upper Cumberland
The Upper Cumberland Human Resource Agency (UCHRA) is looking for compassionate, dependable people to join its team as Home and Personal Care Aides, a role that lets you make a real difference in the lives of neighbors right here in our region.
This is non-medical, in-home work focused on helping clients live comfortably and independently in their own homes. Day to day, aides assist with the activities that make independent living possible: bathing, dressing, meal preparation, light household chores and helping clients move safely around their homes, including lifting when needed. It is hands-on, personal work, and for the right person, it is some of the most meaningful work available in the Upper Cumberland.
UCHRA is offering competitive pay at $15 an hour, along with scheduling flexibility that fits a range of lives.
