Request for Proposals - Career Service Provider

The Upper Cumberland Local Workforce Development Board (UCLWDB) is pleased to release a Request for Proposals (RFP) for Title I Career Services Provider (CSP), who will hire and supervise staff to provide career services to AJC customers and arrange training and supportive services for eligible WIOA Adults, Dislocated Workers, and Youth and other partner programs identified by the UCLWDB, such as Re-Employment Services and Eligibility Assessments (RESEA). The CSP will also provide training and supportive service payments directly to/or on behalf of participants. This could include, but is not limited to, Youth Work Experience, Transitional Work Experience, Individual Training Accounts, Supportive Services, transportation assistance, and other direct participant costs identified by the UCLWDB.
