Request for Proposals - Career Pathway Pro.

The Upper Cumberland Local Workforce Development Board (UCLWDB) is pleased to release a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the development of Career Pathway Pro (CPP), an AI-driven career navigation platform. We are excited to partner with an innovative vendor to build a forward-thinking solution that expands access to career pathways and workforce opportunities.

Submission Instructions

All proposals must be submitted as sealed bids and mailed to:

Proposals should include all required components outlined in the RFP (Executive Summary, Technical Approach, Project Timeline, Cost Proposal, etc.).

Key Dates

●       RFP Release: April 28, 2026

●       Questions Due: May 5, 2026

●       Responses to Questions: May 8, 2026

●       Proposal Submission Deadline: May 15, 2026, by 4:00 PM

●       Anticipated Vendor Selection: May 19, 2026

●       Contract Execution: May 22, 2026
