Qualified candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and at least three years of progressive manufacturing or sheet metal fabrication experience. Experience with continuous assembly lines is preferred. Applicants should possess strong organizational, technical, and leadership skills, along with the flexibility to work different shifts as production needs require. The role also requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and safely navigate stairs or ladders.
