Build a Strong Resume with the American Job Center
The American Job Center in Cookeville is hosting an upcoming Resume Writing Workshop on Friday, September 12, 2025, from 1:00 – 2:00 PM. This free event is designed to help job seekers strengthen one of the most important tools in their career-building journey—a professional resume.
Participants will gain practical tips on how to present their work history, highlight key skills, and create a resume that stands out to employers. To get the most out of the workshop, attendees are encouraged to bring a list of their work history and three non-family references.
Space for this session is limited, so early registration is recommended to secure a spot. The workshop will take place at the American Job Center, 620 S. Jefferson Ave., Suite 202, Cookeville, TN 38501.
